Senior Qualification Engineer Consultant working on providing temperature-controlled Solutions and services support for pharmaceutical clients. Work includes engineering and program support activities to focus on the implementation of temperature-controlled solutions through the qualification process (DQ, OQ and PQ). Role also extends beyond engineering into areas of project management, customer and technology support and technical writing and authoring of comprehensive quality and compliancy documentation in the form of :- User Requirement Specification documentation- Qualification Protocols / Reports- Risk Assessment Analysis Documentation- Technical Transfer Documentation- Product Technical Assessment Documentation- User Instruction Documentation

- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a new range of cost-effective temperature-controlled solutions to support local and regional distribution (24Hr to 48Hr).- Authored technical marketing brochures to support the launch of the new range of temperature-controlled solutions- Reverse engineered and documented within a technical feasibility report, competitor temperature-controlled solution products looking into the design thinking, manufacturing possibilities, part cost analysis and capital investment costs.- Supported the technical team in the concept and development of bespoke temperature-controlled solutions with the focus on manufacturing processes outside the company’s current site capabilities.- Thermal analysis and temperature-controlled solution improvement in DQ and OQ stages.
