I have spent over 45 years in the construction Industry having worked in both the public and private sectors during my long career, and I have been involved with numerous projects varying in scope , nature and value for a variety of clients.During the progress of my career I have also performed the role of CDMC Project Co-ordinator, and I hold an IOSH -Accredited Certificate in 'Managing Site Safety' .I pride myself on meeting and exceeding my Client's expectations and it is my goal to create commercial relationships that will generate new business for my Employer, and which will give me personal job satisfaction and respect. I also hope to be able to travel more widely in the UK and across Europe and the Far East, and I relish the challenge of becoming involved in the reconstruction programmes in those countries such as Libya which have been blighted and devastated by recent conflict.Specialties: my main skillsets regarding Building pathology in general, together with my technical ability and experience has aided me when dealing with the Refurbishment, remediation and repair of both domestic and commercial buildings.I believe that the Construction Industry offers me the best vehicle and opportunities for improving the existing infrastructure of the UK and for providing a 'kickstart' to the economy as a whole, and by being a part of it I can help meet these challenges in the future.
