• Directed audits of an average of 200 prospective masters and doctoral graduates each semester and oversaw students’ progress to degrees; streamlined the auditing process to make it both faster and more efficient; coordinated with counterpart and supervisor and revised school forms for greater clarity • Organized monthly meetings regarding Graduate School policies and procedures involving dozens of faculty and staff across multiple departments and multiple disciplines; facilitated better communication and identified goals to eliminate ongoing problems in the progress to degree process• Created an easily readable training manual that eliminated common mistakes for current and future auditors

• Bolstered the Foundation’s database by updating hundreds of constituent records and provided support to the development officers through prospect ratings analyses and biographical research of potential donors • Introduced effective new research methods by targeting thousands of potential donors’ social media sites; provided development officers with more detailed research that resulted in more and larger donations• Conducted specific organizational and individual research by request for staff and faculty both within the Foundation and across 4 colleges and 32 schools, ensuring better university-wide cooperation to achieve long-term funding goals

• Evaluated essays for all sections of CSC 309—Computers and Society; improved writing and textual reasoning skills for science and tech oriented students • Edited the department’s ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering & Technology) documentation which helped faculty better adhere to policies and academic rules of conduct

• Administered editing, writing, and proofing services for students, writers, and professionals; developed solutions for clients to better edit their own work; broadened knowledge of Excel to better manage over 20 accounts
