• Developed a user friendly ACCESS/VBA database for the Office of Family Planning (OFP) to track Family PACT provider data, activity, and contact with the Office of Family Planning.
• Developed SAS coding structure that built a semi-annual provider report card system monitoring Quality Improvement (QI) and Utilization Management (UM) for over 1,500 providers of Family PACT services.
• Developed a more efficient set of SAS programs used to load Family PACT data, decreasing the data load time from 7 days to 1 day.
• Re-wrote SAS Code to access raw data relating to Family PACT claims, client enrollment, and providers directly from the State, instead of a third party provider, this change freed up over $250K per year in the UCSF.
