Enterprise Risk Manager
Current• Develops processes for the identification, assessment, prioritization and monitoring of risk exposures and top enterprise risks (TERs) focused on a top-down approach• Leads efforts to develop and mature the company's ERM program and practices for acknowledging and managing risks and identifying issues that could materially impact the organization's ability to achieve its financial, strategic and operational objectives• Monitors the risk and control environment and makes recommendations to stakeholders to ensure exposures are kept at acceptable levels and assists in oversight of risks facing the company and assists risk senior leaders and risk owners in the establishment, creation, and maintenance of appropriate individual risk appetite and risk tolerance statements for each TER• Oversees the issue management program, which includes the issue management framework and processes to identify and ensure the owners of identified issues manage their issues and associated action plans to resolution• Makes recommendations on the company's management and monitoring of risks and issues to strengthen the second line of defense and participates in and supports risk assessment and mitigation on strategic projects/objectives• Assesses various key business risks and ensures their representation and inclusion in ERM processes through collaboration with senior leaders, heads of departments across the enterprise and other team members• Promotes and advances innovative ideas to expand and strengthen the ERM program and provides guidance on potential change initiatives• Develops and provides training and functional support across departments on risk and issue management methodology to instill a risk-based approach for decision making and issue resolution• Partners with Internal Audit to ensure that risk and control processes operate as intended• Develops and/or updates risk management and related program documents, policies, and procedures
