Worked as a site AC & ME engineer at Herbert Smith Freehills in City of London, part of a 5 man team on site.Carried out PPM and reacting to in house calls across the 3 buildings. Completing PPMs on a monthly basis and completing paperwork to meet statutory requirements.Completed norland service sheets on maintaining the AC, Chillers and Refrigeration plant onsite, carried out various breakdown and repairs on multiple daikin AC & Foster refrigeration equipment. As part of F gas procedures regulations carried out necessary paperwork and forms for carrying out repairs of RAC equipment.Attended 4 annual black building shutdowns in which we would safely shutdown MCC panels and isolation to plant onsite. Organise sub contractors, carrying out permit to work and signing in ATW slips.After completion of landlord plant generator testing, we would reinstate all electric breakers and put plant back in operation and check all areas to make sure all working.
