Key Achievements:Defined the business requirements for a mortgage intermediary-facing business websiteoffering online application, KFI, Agreement in Principle and Case Tracking functionalityfor four leading mortgage brands.Defined, created and managed the Key Facts Illustration and Offer documents through theproject lifecycle, ensuring the document met regulatory and marketing requirements. Designed business processes to ensure a co-ordinated business response across two teamsand two distinct systems in the event of Bank of England interest rate changes.Managed the relationship, maintenance, and several upgrade projects with the third partysuppliers of the bank's Intermediary commission payment system.Winner of a number of Recognition Awards for a high standard of customer service duringthe project lifecycle.

ScotlandKey Achievements:Designed the business processes and systems specifications to support the launch of theRBS and NatWest Offset mortgages, and First Active and Direct Line Mortgage products.Designed the business processes and systems specifications to create Product Switchfunctionality for bank customers, improving customer retention and profitability.Redesigned the remortgage completions process to remove third party solicitors,transferring this function to administrative teams which generated significant costsavings.Designed business process changes to ensure MCOB/CP186 compliance across mortgage companysystems and processes, including KFI document production.

Led the internal development of a credit card partnership project with RBS. Systems analysis, customer journey design, competitor analysis, wireframe creation and ownership of the business requirements and the functional specification.

Delivered projects including a Home Moves process and supporting system design, and provided second line technical support to ensure live issues with customer records were quickly and effectively resolved without negative customer impact.
