Mike is founder of Agile Analog Ltd and has worked in the semiconductor industry for 30 years in a broad range of technical, entrepreneurial, managerial and advisory roles, covering both digital and mixed signal, design methodology, technical leadership and project management. He has introduced sets of innovative development and commercial strategies to measurably improve design productivity, design quality and schedule predictability in analogue, digital and mixed-signal integrated circuit engineering.Prior to Agile Analog, Mike was a director and co-founder for Anaic Ltd.From 1989-2013, Mike worked at other leading semiconductorcompanies, including CSR, SMSC, National Semiconductor, STMicroelectronics and NCR Microelectronics.Mike is a qualified project manager by the Association for Project Management (APMP: IPMA Level D) and holds patents in the area of design methodology.
