Responsible for full range of chemical industry technical and executive recruiting activities including:+ Marketing services to clients to define needs for roles requiring experienced external candidates+ Joint with client, preparation of position descriptions and marketing plan+ Identification and pre-screening of candidates+ Presentation of best candidate and arrangement of client determined interviews+ Upon final determination of client, assisting in offer presentation and closing the successful placement of candidates with clients+ The Chatham Group is unique in the length of time it has been recruiting in the chemical industry as well as the breadth of domain knowledge possessed by its key recruiters in the industry.
