Key Responsibilities:● Develop, support and promote company goals, including message development, social media content creation and media outreach● Full management of implementing company marketing strategies, direction and tactics ● Create and implement effective communication strategies and activities toward achievement of marketing objectives● Personally responsible for overseeing projects lifecycle including setting project deliverables in line with company needs including scope, content, timings and budget● Oversee social platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to source, organised and scheduled social posts at an optimised level● Undertook analysis to identify areas of improvement which has led to reducing by 30% by developing a comprehensive and efficient e-strategy to include the hospitals e-communications with stakeholders/patients and SEO optimisation● Create and implement tailored strategies to develop new consultants, services and business plans● Accountable for the training and direct management of Primary Care Manager, maximise productivity through ongoing performance monitoring and review● Execute HR policies including sickness/absence monitoring and reduction; conduct staff 1-2-1s and appraisals, implement performance improvement plans to enhance staff productivity
