Performed related "Due Diligence" tasks including site verification visits, permit research and documents. Developed residential sub-division for custom home builder. Site work also included plan/profile, drainage, streets, a recreational park and post offices.

Assigned to US-VISITS program, documenting all the existing Land Port of Entry border patrol stations for assessing security requirements for the Homeland Security Department, in AutoCAD 2004.
