Additionally, manage procurement for $75MM of operational and non operational supplies required to support the sites manufacturing operations.

• Leading S&OP, the consensus forecasting process, inventory modeling and supply continuity for the Specialty and Joint Venture Franchises, a $650MM business which encompasses 200 SKU’s and 15 brands manufactured across 15 internal/external sites• Leading integration of acquired Specialty Franchise products by incorporating into the S&OP process, managing 30 product transfers, aligning metrics, leading business planning and ensuring integration into SAP/APO• Managed the divestiture of 3 brands in adherence to contractual service level agreements• Redesigned S&OP tools to drive standardization across global business units• Supervised, trained and developed four full time employees, all with performance exceeding expectation

• Led the demand management segment of the APO integration as a Power User with responsibility for requirement gathering, user testing, training and best practices • Led S&OP and consensus forecasting process for the Specialty and Sleep Franchises, a $475 million business• Facilitated the improvement and implementation of customer S&OP and sales update forums for the Club COT, Dollar Stores and Alternate Channel• Represented Demand Management in an organizational re-design by ensuring requirements are met, voice of customer is integrated, processes are improved and development opportunities are created• Partnered in the sales development of a new promotional approval and tracking process
