Contract to manage an anticipated upgrade/replacement of the SUN ERP - as part of a wider whole-of-business transformation programme. During the systems review phase, I managed the back-office work review stream and supported the technology review stream. During this period I conducted much of the analysis arising from the initial discovery sessions – including workflow process mapping, various data extractions and modelling tasks, and preparing business cases for recommended technology changes.At the end of the review phase, the Board decided to defer the SUN ERP upgrade workpiece for at least two years - in favour of organisational change. Consequently, my services were no longer required.
