Responsible for the overall strategic Management of CHAN in order to maximize results and strengthen the growth of the organization, developing and maintaining strong ties with the stakeholders. Ensure timely implementation of policy decisions and programs/projects. Supervise and coordinate the Management of CHAN’s day-to-day affairs within the established guidelines and policies. Provide a central reference point for all CHAN health and medical work by collecting statistics, providing information, advising on grants from donor agencies as and when necessary. Responsible for Implementation and development of CHAN’s vision, mission, philosophy and principles in line with agreed corporate strategies and organizational priorities. Establish and develop working relationships with key donors in and outside Nigeria and actively develop local funding sources appropriate to CHAN's resource needs. Ensure timely, relevant and good quality reporting to donors and sponsors of CHAN. Establish, develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the Government of the country; in particular with relevant national, state and local level officials in the health industry.
