My academic research interests have included computational modeling of decision making and exploring new ways of analyzing old behavioral paradigms. I'm a co-author of 6 peer-reviewed publications involving tDCS, fMRI, EEG, normative data, meta-analysis, and emotion regulation. I love digging through existing datasets to identify patterns, often analyzing open datasets and data I've scraped from public sources. My analyses are mainly done in R, although behavioral modeling and behavioral experiment creation is generally in Python and I have some experience with SQL, UNIX, MATLAB and SAS. My free time is often spent finding new ways to learn and apply data analysis techniques to whatever datasets I can get my hands on and I'd love to turn that into a career. Currently I channel most of that energy towards digging into soccer statistics. Aside from messing with data I love to cook and I love my cat Olive but I'm not sure she loves me back.
