Schedule crews with practical business practices. Budget miscellaneous expenses, job and crew hours accordingly. Remain flexible and open to the many changes throughout the day and season.

Oversee daily operations in coordination with specific cliental. Ensure that communication between field and office is appropriately bridged. Maintain a strong company presence on well sites and disposal facilities in order to monitor company safety practices. Reinforced the importance of company/clients standard operating procedures for each task and facility. Promote the use of all and any required PPE for each facility. Responsible for attending safety meetings specific to customers as well as being present for all meetings prior to the start of each phase of the drilling process.
