Glass to Glass is the largest glass container recycling facility in Oregon. A 24 hour per day operation receiving, processing and supplying cullet to 7 Western US bottle manufacturing facilities. We divert over 10,000 tons of recycled glass from landfills every month creating resource and raw material cost savings manufacturing a product that can be recycled countless times over. I lead a 3 shift production crew and maintenance staff ensuring we have near zero downtime, while operations comply with every environmental regulation. I create the operating budget, recruit new talent, have P&L responsibilities, distribute capital strategically, negotiate agreements and contracts, develop transportation logistics and ensure quality standards are met at all manufacturing facilities.
