Primarily based in the Knutsford office, providing technical support to the UK Sales Team, the Customer Helpdesk, the Field Service Engineers and also provides customer demonstrations on the range of cash handling products.

My career as one of the AD Group Product Trainers began in 2006. As a member of the training team,I am responsible for all technology and product training across the group, worldwide both to internal staff, customers and other partner companies.

I worked for Cable and Wireless, which became NTL, a major CATV provider. For 8 years I was employed in a number of roles, many of which involved delivering training courses on CATV, Telephony & Broadband deployment, service and operation. Other roles included Supervising Installation teams and working within both the service and installation departments

I spent 8 years in the Royal Air Force, working on long-range data transmission systems. Traveling all around the world, my duties included work on masts up to 400ft, servicing and installing aerial systems from microwave to HF. This challenging and varied role also included service and maintenance of high security fibre optic systems within MOD locations.
