- Prepare, implement and maintain an effective Branch Business Plan Identify and manage risk by adherence to all internal and external; regulatory, operational, compliance, credit and key control systems and procedures - Where complaints are received and/or errors found, ensure that these are promptly resolved, put right and learned from - Work closely with other business areas and other Support function colleagues in driving the development of the branch- Implement standard training and PDP programmes that build and develop the skills of the branch team, maintaining a strict focus on existing roles as well as planning for future development- Manage the induction process for new team members- Facilitate and undertake continuous improvement activity at team level, generating a culture of continual improvement which encourages innovation and improves efficiency- Ensure that my team are effectively implementing Flexible Resource Planning principles- Regularly review each team member’s performance to ensure they meet their specific objectives and behaviours- Be fully engaged with the implementation of Retail Transformation initiatives for the benefit of our customers and team ensuring targets are delivered - Prepare, implement and maintain an effective Branch Business Plan focusing service improvement to improve the performance of the branch across the key performance measures - Build and maintain deep & meaningful customer relationships, inspiring my team to do the same - Have overall responsibility for the branch budget. - Ensure the Branch grows quality revenue through the achievement of the financial targets as outlined
