Kazakhstan

This position was primarily team-teaching. I co-planned and co-taught mathematics lessons in a trilingual environment (Russian, Kazakh, and English). Subjects included calculus, geometry, and algebra based on the Cambridge IB curriculum. I also taught SAT preparation classes to ESL students I also provided ESL instruction and support for English learners. This included teaching daily lessons for 7th grade students and some IELTS preparation lessons for 11th grade students. I also provided some basic English lessons for local (Kazakh) teachers.Additional responsibilities included assisting with presentation of workshops on team-teaching for local teachers and co-leading the TedX Club.
