Additionally, I work closely with a coalition consisting of advocacy and consumer groups, state utility and government actors across the country to bolster our objectives in the energy policy space.

-Responsible for managing PUSH’s NYSERDA Clean Heating and Cooling Communities Campaign. The goal of this statewide initiative is to decarbonize, weatherize and electrify residential and commercial buildings by implementing air source heat pump technology as a sustainable solution to fossil fuel sourced heating and cooling. Through educational materials, consulting, and general outreach, I seek to provide people with information and resources to transition their home or business to be more energy efficient. -Out of Gas in with Justice pilot project lead. This pilot program will look at 20 affordable housing units and analyze the effects of electrification transitioning from gas stoves and furnaces, to induction stoves and air source heat pumps. Through stove use monitoring, air quality analysis and utility bill information, we seek to identify the benefits of electrification in affordable housing as we continue to implement the NYCLCPA. -Responsible for weekly tracking of PUSH’s solar arrays as we work toward executing a community solar project.
