Responsibilities included leading all aspects of the Global Security and Internal Investigation programs. The programs were managed by ten divisions supported by over 400 professionals, whose collective mission was to mitigate risk and loss associated with physical security incidents and employee fraud and misconduct matters. The program covered 10,000 plus locations and 280K employees across the U.S. and in 30 plus countries. The ten divisions included; Corporate Investigations, Internal Fraud Detection, Enterprise Services, Computer Forensics, Physical Security, Security Project Management, Security Equipment Services, Executive Protection, Uniformed Services, and two 24/7 Security Response Centers.
