Responsible for Genpact’s Telecom category management strategy. That includes bringing together industry data, business requirements, regional and global perspectives, and analytics to develop and implement a category strategy for stakeholders. Responsible for all aspects of Telecom and IT category management including industry and supplier research, spend analytics, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, sourcing best practices and operational management. • Developed a framework for category management that leverages best practices for global telecommunications. These practices and standards optimize business efficiency, maximize cost take-out, improve supplier management and relationships, and maximize the customer outcome and overall experience. • Most recent engagement yielded a 78% of OPEX cost reduction saving millions per year, created an inventory management policy, supplier strategy, tail spend practices, operational standards and governance that improved business efficiencies and customer experience.

Directed and was responsible for $16 million US/Canada enterprise wireline operations from Executive negotiation, contracting, order management, vendor management, Telecom Expense Management (TEM), billing and problem management. Led targeted Global Wireline Telecommunications ITO and BPO projects and initiatives. Aggressively implemented business process improvements across all functional areas related to Wireline service operations. Authored, directed, and led the implementation of Global Wireline Telecom strategy, policies, and best practices. Selected accomplishments:• Identified cost reduction opportunities and established and managed cross-functional teams and programs to achieve more than $100 million in savings over past the 6 years• Assessed, designed, and completed strategic vendor consolidation project resulting in a reduction of direct vendor engagements from 59 to 7. This accomplishment resulted in $1.2 million annual cost savings as well as increased operational efficiencies and improved vendor management capabilities • Developed and implemented operational processes and policy standards that enhanced service, support and delivery while reducing resources by 83%• Directed the full Insourcing and establishment of an in-house Telecom Expense Management services and operational model

Responsible for strategically analyzing, globally sourcing, and negotiating over $30 million of Telecom partnerships globally in alignment with Nike’s future growth requirements. Managed and performed wireline operations that included sourcing, quote and order management, vendor management, Telecom Expense Management (TEM), dispute and business risk management, and stakeholder development.
