During my career in the Navy and in industry, my greatest sense of accomplishment has always come from building teams to solve complex problems (the more complex, the better) while striving to enhance the skills of my teammates, so that together, we could achieve ideal customer outcomes. As a result of those experiences, my passion lies in mentoring next generation leaders, assisting them where possible on the path to personal growth and realization of their full potential. I have known about Decision Lens since its inception as a company in 2005. As a supporter and former customer, I have watched it grow and adapt to the marketplace. Now, having held various executive positions across the spectrum of companies from Fortune 100 to start-ups in industry and as a Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy, I am thrilled to bring my experience to Decision Lens in a full-time role as Senior Vice President.
