• From 2013-2019, oversaw 530K SF master plan expansion (70% GFA increase) at Cleveland Clinic’s campuses in South Florida including main campus 100 bed expansion, a comprehensive cancer center, and a greenfield community outpatient and surgery center.• Collaborated with hospital administration and leadership, identifying and addressing shifting needs and modifications at the rapidly expanding campus. Completed initial fast-track phase of the expansion under budget and achieved three-month acceleration goal by collaborating with business and regulatory partners. Also, completed a second phase that included a 100-bed patient tower, 50-bed emergency department, 24-bed observation unit, and new central utility plant.• From 2008 to 2013, served as Associate Construction Director for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD), a 4.3M SF green-field hospital located in the United Arab Emirates. Supported organizational development across multiple departments including HR, Finance, Medical Operations, and Business Operations, coordinating budgets, staffing initiatives, clinical operations, and facility management.• By implementing healthcare-based quality assurance oversight in collaboration with government developer and general contractor, drove design and construction quality for state of the art healthcare facility in the United Arab Emirates, enabling it to be the first in the region to perform the most complex medical procedures.

• Directed two healthcare development projects on Cleveland Clinic’s campuses in Ohio. Achieved exceptionally high standards and secured aggressive schedule and budget goals by way of close coordination with hospital client and effective project management strategies.• Oversaw construction of Cleveland Clinic 93rd Street Medical Office Building and Parking Facility that included 120K SF of medical offices and a 1,150 space post-tensioned concrete parking structure. Developed and executed an early turnover plan for the parking portion of the facility per owner request.• Managed the development of the Cleveland Clinic Family Health Center in Elyria, Ohio that included an ambulatory surgical unit and advanced imaging. Collaborated with third party developer to augment development staff and reduce expenses, meeting deadlines, exceeding quality expectations, and completing under budget.

• Led engineering for five buildings that comprise the United States Library of Congress Storage Facility at Fort Meade, Maryland totaling to 200K SF on a 100-acre site. Championed engineering design, achieving 99.99% up-time for all critical engineering systems and played an integral role in one of the earliest LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified projects in Maryland• Oversaw engineering for Bladensburg Elementary School in Prince George’s County, Maryland and negotiated approval for wetlands re-engineering in an environmentally sensitive area.
