I retired from the Navy Reserve following a 30-year career as a Naval Intelligence Officer. I served in leadership positions of increasing responsibility throughout my career including Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, Operations Officer and Chief Staff Officer. I supported various Intelligence Commands around the world. Throughout my career, I held a Top-Secret security clearance and was involved in numerous aspects of intelligence collection, analysis and dissemination.

I retired as a Special Agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) in Los Angeles, CA following a 24 year career in federal law enforcement. I have been responsible for major felony criminal investigations, protection of critical Navy Technology and investigation of illegal sales of military technology to foreign powers. I have also conducted espionage investigations and protective service details for DON and DOD dignitary personal. During my career, I was nominated Special Agent of the Year three times and received the American Heart Association Life-Saving Award. I have served in assignments to the FBI’s Espionage Investigation Squad, Joint Counter Intelligence Task Force and Joint Terrorism Task Force.
