A senior level HR Executive with over 30 years of progressive HR, entrepreneurial business experience and contributions. I have worked with organizations ranging from a start up biotech to global pharmaceutical and clincial research firms. I have supported the work of executive management at the Board level, CEO, CFO and President levels as well as divisional and department heads. I am comfortable and very capable of relating the role and contribution of the various Human Resources functions to the goals and objectives of a business. Understanding how HR can and should impact the growth and development of a firm. Having managed and led during periods of rapid growth, mergers, acquisitions, consolidations and as a part of a start up executive team. I enjoy working with entreprenurial, team oriented, professional colleagues. Over the past 10 years, I co-founded the boutique consulting firm, Executive Managment Advisors. We focused on clients from our days in Pharma, CRO and BioTech start-up companies. I also founded and developed a family oil and gas royalty business to leverage family owned land in the Western United States. I developed it from original idea to current and ongoing production of minerals. I partnered with numerous oil & gas professionals and organizations focused on hydrocarbon production. It is now up and running and requires far less of my personal time and attention. I am interested in an role that allows me the opportunity to leverage my many experiences, accomplishments and contributions over my 40 plus year diverse career. Specialties: As a Senior level HR Executive, I have extensive experience in Professional Staffing, Compensation, Employee Relations and General Management of HR teams ranging in size from 5 to over 95 staff. At Voyager Pharmaceutical, in addition to handling all HR responsibilities, I have also managed our Investor Relations activities and network along with all other general administrative responsibilities such as IT, Facilities and Security and office administration support.
