My role is to identify, map and document procedures, manuals and work instructions ensuring all the practices and documentation adhere to the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 9001 and 27001 standards. MasterKey Custom (MKC) is a subsidiary of MLC Superannuation and Investment. MKC oversees the maintenance of MLC's premium superannuation and investment clients.
