NEC IT Solutions Australia (formally CSG Technology Solutions) is an IT services and consulting company providing end to end technology solutions to public and private organisations. My role is to identify, map and document procedures, manuals and work instructions ensuring all the practices and documentation adhere to the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 9001 and 27001 standards. I am also responsible for the maintenance and amendments to two separate SharePoint Intranet sites for team and customer resources.Achievements: Overseeing periodic review of current documentation to maintain operational accuracy Appointed main administrator to two SharePoint intranet sites Performed a review of four team’s documentation, bringing them all into line with ISO 9001 and 27001 practices within deadline Conceived, initiated and implemented an automated document review system

As part of the four major operating entities within the Marsh & McLennon Companies, and is a multinational financial advisory and human resources outsourcing company in its own right. My role at Mercer is a contract role. I was engaged to advise the Unit Pricing Team on process amendments, carry out gap analysis on their process and documents their procedures, as well as construct a secure internal file structure and document review process.Main responsibilities:Gauge efficiency and security of current Unit Pricing procedures and advice on possible improvementsEstablish a procedure documenting procedure and record all current tasks within the Unit Pricing teamDevelop a training plan and supplementary materials for the training of new staff to the Unit Pricing teamDesign and establish a team intranet site to include all current staffing, procedure and training materialsDevelop a secure and logical file structure Revise and revise where necessary the current spreadsheet models and formulae security used in daily tasks

MasterKey Custom (MKC) is a subsidiary of MLC Superannuation and Investment. MKC oversees the maintenance of MLC's premium superannuation and investment clients.
