Monthly fueling eligible for reimbursement, are reconciled against the Fuel Asset Management System (FAMS) feed to identify fueling, which has been reimbursed.Participated in all phases of the software development life cycle including writing specifications- writing and maintaining documentation to describe application development and business logic. Designed and implemented the FCS database schemas, stored procedures, functions and web UI, functionality.Designed, implemented and managed all Matheson Terminal Sites, Vendor/Wet-hose fuel transactions and USPS data translation and manipulation functionality into the FCS.Enhanced the PDF generation process and creation of various Transactions via Contracts, Vehicles, Matheson Terminal Sites and Miles per gallons (MPG) reports. The MPG report is primarily to tool for Postal and MFAFT Management, as well as Shop Management, to identify vehicles, which are, not fuel-efficient. FCS serves as a historical database, housing all fuel usage and FAMS related activity. In this regard, FCS is extremely beneficial when researching past fuel usage or past FAMS payment history.
