Also, purchased MAXatrax Systems, re-designing the product line, and rebuilding the national VAR network.President and CEO: Founded PEGS* in 1981 and developed the company into one of the most successful exhibit systems and graphics design and production groups in the United States. Purchased one of PEGS’ vendors, MAXatrax Systems, a faltering manufacturer of portable exhibit systems in 1990, and successfully managed all aspects of both businesses including marketing, PEGS* direct sales, MAXatrax’s VAR sales, product development, production, creative, administration and finance. Developed PEGS* into a marketing leader by creating an innovative integrated marketing program which utilized new product previews; an industry-first lead-generating series of over 200 exhibitor training and trade show marketing seminars; print advertising; direct mail; and telemarketing programs.
