I have been a litigator my entire legal career, focusing on complex commercial and insurance lawsuits.I represent corporate and individual clients in commercial litigation involving a wide variety of business disputes. Over the last 25 years, those lawsuits have involved legal issues related to professional negligence, civil fraud, insurance, securities, contracts and other financial claims. During that time I have been lead counsel in a broad range of previous civil, criminal, administrative and constitutional law cases, including hundreds of trials and appeals in courts across Canada.
