Over 37 years in port related transportation services with a heavy focus on drayage, project cargo, safety and compliance. Started transportation career as a port drayage driver in 1980 and have played a role in the tremendous chanes that have taken place in the port with leadership roles in several trade associations and trucking advocacy groups including the Harbor Transportation Club, Harbor Trucking Association, California and American Trucking Associations. After 37 years employed with Transport Express/Port Logistics Group I chose to make a carrer change to an OTR trucking operation. In my role as Director of Operations I am responsible for Safety, maintenance and trucking operations for our terminals in Irwindale California and Fort Worth Texas. Roly's Trucking operates 150 power units and 500 trailers dominating Interstate 10 in our primary trucking lane serviceing expedited cargo into the Texas supply chain.
