These small businesses and colleges increased their customers and revenue dramatically. Their results led to numerous referrals and repeat business. Examples include: Developed an out of the box, innovative marketing campaign, that increased an eye doctor’s practice 25% and created water cooler talk about their latest ad. Created a special publication that combined the creativity of high school students with the recruiting efforts of local colleges. This campaign resulted in increased enrollment for the colleges and enthusiastic excitement in the high schools.Created numerous innovative strategies for healthcare facilities, floral shops, furniture stores, construction companies, restaurants and numerous other retailers. Lead PR spokesman for the organization in the community. Recruited and trained new members. Guided them to discover their gifts, passion and talents to plug in as volunteers. Identified and mentored leaders in each department. Researched and taught three original messages each week, maturing the members to be more effective in their families and careers. Created numerous special events to impact the community and grow membership. Wrote and directed two hugely successful dramatic presentations, recruiting and casting all the actors and backstage workers.

Dallas, Tx.

Became the leading sales producer and eventually set a sales record in the seminar business. Prospecting for new clients and closing the sale, created many new accounts and much recognition from management. Marketed Zig’s one day seminars for Platform Productions, an affiliate for Zig Ziglar. Went into businesses and presented a ten minute overview of the seminar. In most cases, closed the sale immediately after the presentation. Built relationships with attendees and designed the best follow-up coaching and educational strategy that would advance their career. Turned many of those attendees into our extended training courses. Sales manager, Phil Boland, said, "Michael's enthusiasm for the course and his persistence to build relationships with his clients is the key to his success. " Many clients would come to Michael on graduation night with tears in their eyes thanking him for talking them into coming to the course.

Arlington,Tx; Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.

Prior to providing leadership consulting with MHM/Prudential Life, a few years earlier, before meeting Zig, I turned around, led and managed a Las Vegas Style Night/Dinner Club in Arlington, TX. Created the lowest payroll and beverage cost, among 32 properties. While decreasing expense costs, the revenue was also increased to 2nd place, among the 32 properties in the company. Created multiple innovative strategies to establish an image of "thee happening place" in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The crowds poured in at the end of any business day and after the Texas Ranger baseball games. Eventually, began to travel to the other properties to establish and duplicate the effective systems to reproduce similar results.Provided leadership training for all the department heads in several hotels and restaurants. Created revenue increase, bottom line savings, a culture of innovation, mutual respect between the various departments, and customer service in which everyone in each department functioned like a sales person for the entire property.

Started out as Administrative Business Manager and effectively raised funds and cut expenses to pay down an extremely large debt. Provided oversight and leadership to the principal of the school, and all the various department heads within the organization. We also provided oversight, consultation and leadership to hundreds of leaders and managers around the world. Led up a new start up in south Florida. Provided leadership to another organization (ECC) in northern Indiana.
