Managed two federal food programs operated by SMFBA, the Commodities Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) and The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). Led process that restored the CSFP program from threatened loss-of-program for SMFBA to a program-in-good-standing in less than nine months. Presented at the annual National CSFP Association Convention. Created and implimented institutional training materials, policy and procedure manuals and sound tracking practices. At the behest of AzDHS assisted in training of other distributing organizations.
