I work in activities and events for a senior care facility with Independent, Assisted Living and Memory care residents.

My responsibilities are to set up and breakdown for private dinner parties, anniversaries, graduations and weddings. I was promoted to food and beverage manager for catering events.

my duties include set up and breakdown of each event and I also cross train other people as well as lead the other servers in different capacities. We do private events for primarily the north shore area. I also bartend when needed and I work first hand with my boss.

Serving, set up and breakdown of facilities. Also, I help cater private parties, weddings, anniversary's and more. I was promoted to Head Captain and in charge of a crew of typically 12 people and oversaw expediting of main entrees while working closely with bride and groom and vendors specifically for weddings.

Stocking shelves, doing inventory as well as counting inventory and sending out orders while checking in transfers and damaged goods. I was trained for the sales position and I worked all the major holidays excluding Christmas.
