Responsible for overseeing all day to day operations, and making a majority of final decisions on a wide range of subjects. Heavily involved with capital raising, and running, and attending client meetings. Created, negotiated, and approved contracting with Institutional Investors. Built, ran, and spoke at both public and private meetings and seminars. Designed and built marketing materials as well as conceptual educational pieces for use with the public. Traveled extensively, (mostly domestic but also internationally), meeting with potential investors, (Family Offices, Fund of Funds, Institutions, and Individuals) as well as portfolio managers, third party marketers, and trading platform executives.

Built and ran my own independent book of client business, as it pertained to complete financial planning and consulting. Including Investment and Insurance education and recommendations. Mortgage and Debt Consolidation recommendations. Estate Planning, Corporate Planning, and Retirement Planning for clients. Managed the marketing division at the Broker Dealer Headquarters which entailed hiring, training, recruiting, and managing registered representatives. Responsible for product development, as well as building and running agendas for semi-annual conferences. Responsible for running training classes and speaking at the aforementioned conferences as well as at annual conventions.

While attending college, assisted with all accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash disbursements, general ledger, etc., overseeing a large, diverse clientele.
