Coordinate the implementation of community development initiatives for the largest residence life program in the country. Housing over 17,000 students on campus, the residence life department employs almost 400 in hall, live-in staff. Together we work to create safe, comfortable, and inclusive communities which are conducive to student development and support the academic mission of the University. These student-centered communities provide a sense of belonging and teach students to be independent, responsible citizens who value the worth and dignity of all.
