Event Office Administrator
Current- An administrative role at Madison Square Garden tasked with maintaining and logging the flow and activity of an event. Responsible for the following -
- Communicating the progress of each event to all staff from the opening of doors until staff dismissal.
- Representing Guest Services within the venue Joint Security Operation Center, corresponding with all event relevant departments, finishing guiding ingress and egress of over 18,000 guests of the arena.
- Keep logs of all radio communications made across departments throughout the venue.
- Staff and manager help desk operations consisting of answering phones, providing information and assistance, and keeping logs of all seat changes and guest issues.
- Creating, filing out, and processing the Guest Services event payroll used to maintain the budget.
