I have been working in the power plant businesses for a number of years as well as in the Navy Nuclear field on submarines. Following separation, I completed a Chemical engineering degree and began work for NeuCo on products used to optimize emissions as well as performance and anomaly detection for coal power plants. I furthered my skills when the company was bought by General Electric where I expanded to gas plants as well as moving to services manager becoming a people leader. I have experience in new product ingestion for customer support, developing a new support process, and leading teams to continuously improve by making lean process decisions. My goal is to continue on this trajectory in working with people to realize their talents as well as bettering the support process through the use of lean tools in order to improve the overall customer experience.
