Responsible for programming and directing the music program of the church and full time organist. This includes a fully graded vocal program. Instrumental ensembles, a 15-20 orchestra and the handbell choirs.

For 10+ years I was the installation manager for Triune Music/Rodgers Organ Company of Emhurst, I was responsible for all installations of new and used instruments. Also was responsible for rental set downs. We have done all digital, all pipe and digital/pipe combinations. We have provided rentals/setdowns for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra,Rivinia, the Pope, Various community orchestras, The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America national conventions and numerous other organizations. They are #1 in Midwest for pipe/digital combinations. Charlie Callihan noted composer recorded a CD on the St. Michael Catholic Church in Wheaton IL and said " This is an organ that Skinner would be proud to put their name on."
