• Work closely with the Driveline and Industrial Business groups to develop engineering solutions• Serve as Human Performance Improvement Champion to support operational excellence and safety• Apply experience with product approval, differentiation, and testing needs to ensure that MechanicalTesting activities and resources are appropriately deployed to support the needs of the business• Provide engineering support to the lab operating team, coordinating work from internal and externalservice groups, lead new test development, interpret test results, and participate in technicalpresentations to global OEM’s, partners, customers, and internal colleagues• Implement knowledge of related Friction and Gear Testing methods for lubricant product developmentand product differentiation• Apply engineering expertise in the development of new tests and test procedures, providingengineering solutions, and delivering quality test results in a timely manner• Conduct data analysis and provide clear, concise, and timely reports• Interact with business technical and commercial teams to develop testing strategies which best supportbusiness growth objective• Ensure that projects are aligned with business goals and industry trends and there are agreed-uponmilestones, dates, and accountability• Provide regular updates to business groups on technical and project achievements as well as hurdlesand issues• Effectively coordinate these resources to ensure optimum test performance (cost, quality, safety, andlinkage to business objectives) and timely execution• Partner across technology groups striving for consistency in processes and resource sharing• Support processes that ensure operating flexibility in response to customer demands• Drive for continuous improvement in test area

• Support new business development by representing and communicating Altran’s capabilities, listeningand asking clarifying questions, integrating new information and clearly expressing complex concepts• Work with cross disciplinary teams to develop system requirements and performance specifications• Lead technical teams from initial design to final product delivery• Support proposal generation process by obtaining detailed information and requirements, structuringand organizing undefined tasks, project planning and accurate estimations• Identify, track, and assess risks and mitigation plans

• Manage development of functional, safe, and cost-effective designs for tunnel boring machine products • Lead simulation and finite element analysis initiatives to increase safety and efficiency of TBM’s• Present at technical conferences and mini courses within the tunneling industry• Prepare design calculations to substantiate function and fitness of products• Layout innovative and specification compliant designs for Robbins equipment• Participate in technical meetings and inspect/troubleshoot machinery at jobsites• Design mechanical, structural, electromechanical, hydraulic, and geologic components of TBM’s • Assess risks and identify mitigation plans, including testing and verification

• Apply experience with Dynamic Balance Theory to develop tire testing solutions and troubleshootexisting equipment globally• Coordinate and implement large scale capital projects• Serve as solid modeling leader for team, applied through special projects and rim design• Support laser engraver technology development and design of related testing equipment• Perform machine checkouts and installations globally, work with vendors, and evaluate newtechnologies in Final Finish and Test• Assess project technical risks in compliance with appropriate external standards and corporatepolicies.• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to facilitate the successful execution of the large-scaleprojects• Participate in the stage gate product development process to produce applicable deliverables• Perform machine design, rim contour drafting, and various other applications of AutoCAD Inventor
