According to Lucosky Brookman's "2021 Micro-Cap IPO Year in Review", under Mr. Jacobs leadership, Benchmark ranked top 5 in capital raised for Micro Cap IPOs in 2021. Mr. Jacobs' career as an architect of capital formation spans 35 years as an investment banker and entrepreneur including as co-founder and President of Capital Growth Financial, a diversified financial services firm and GlobalNetFinancial.com which, at its peak had a market capitalization in excess of $800 million. Mr. Jacobs has served in a variety of Investment Banking capacities in New York at Axiom Capital Management, Josephthal, Lyon and Ross, Gruntal & Co., and Ladenburg Thalmann.
