Tasked with the creation of maintenance procedures and work order processing for twenty plastic extrusion lines and a recycling department that takes milk cartons from gallon containers to usable pellets for the extrusion lines. Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing and assembly functions for Loma's 20products, currently this represents X-ray, pipeline, freefall, Pharmaceutical, and needlesearch machines at the Carol Stream facility focusing on meeting customer delivery andproduct quality demands. Perform quality control inspection for all Loma product lines ofmetal detectors, checkweighers and X-ray inspection systems for the food inspectionindustry ensuring proper operation and correct specifications. Consult in applicationengineering in product lines directly and through customer product testing.
