Responsible for planning, implementation and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and emergency response to breakdown repairs of banded baking ovens, chocolate enrobing lines, water cutting robots, Pick and Place robot lines, and manual packing and wrapping lines. Document owner for all maintenance MSP’s, Safety Observation team member and Safety Committee member, and HACCP Food safety team member.

Responsible for planning, implementation and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and emergency response to breakdown repairs of Primary steel punch press continuous hinge lines; Secondary brake presses, multi-head countersink machines, high speed riveters, servo drive pin cutting machinery, and general factory maintenance. Coaching, training, and supervising maintenance team. Policy writing, implementation, training, and record keeping for the Stocker Hinge branch safety program.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. Tasked with the creation of maintenance procedures and work order processing for twenty plastic extrusion lines and a recycling department that takes milk cartons from gallon containers to usable pellets for the extrusion lines. Coaching, training, and supervising maintenance team of eight members.

Reporting to the Plant Superintendent. Responsible for planning, implementation and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and emergency response to breakdown repairs of chemical mixing machinery, material handling equipment, high-speed filling machinery, and various auxiliary and facility equipment. Coaching, training, and supervising maintenance team of five members.

Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing and assembly functions for Loma's 20products, currently this represents X-ray, pipeline, freefall, Pharmaceutical, and needlesearch machines at the Carol Stream facility focusing on meeting customer delivery andproduct quality demands. Perform quality control inspection for all Loma product lines ofmetal detectors, checkweighers and X-ray inspection systems for the food inspectionindustry ensuring proper operation and correct specifications. Consult in applicationengineering in product lines directly and through customer product testing. Performingplant wide safety responsibilities including scheduling and conducting training for allplant personnel and maintaining training record logs. Also maintain and administer thecompany's defect database.

Responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of thermoforming machines, includingservice calls to client sites, parts ordering and expense/status reporting. Meet withmanufacturing and engineering staff, update parts in inventories and provide follow-up oncustomer returns. Involved in writing/updating machine manuals; handle machine testingand QA, as well as assisting in R&D and various special projects.
