Senior System Engineer
Current• The role involves high-level strategic design, development, and maintenance of the organization’s infrastructure, hardware, hosting services, and network.• Additionally, the Senior Systems Engineer implements and administers SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions related to Educational Ministries.• Key duties include supervising system resources, managing staffing, improving and maintaining system infrastructure and software through automated and manual patching.• The role coordinates IS support for Shared Service Systems, handles daily MACs (device Move, Adds & Changes), Break-Fix, Lifecycle Management, and Major Incident resolution.• The position also oversees data security, protection, security policies, application portfolio management, licensing, email, unified communications, Teams, telephony, cloud and SaaS management, proactive maintenance, and project management under the direction of the IS Director/Manager.
