Hard worker always looking for a new challenge. I thrive on the steep part of a learning curve, and nuclear power has consistently been able to give that to me. I enjoy working in an industry full of bright and talented people, one I see as part of the solution to climate change/pollution. I love being mentally stimulated and challenged and enjoy finding innovative solutions to problems. I’ve worked in Nuclear Power most of my adult life, but I’m not limited to it. Navy Nuke out of high school at or near top of class In Nuke School, Reactor Operator on SSN-718, E-6 at 5 year point, division LPO for last year in Navy. When I got out, finished my BS degree with Thomas Edison. Worked as a self employed Insurance Adjuster for a couple years, then worked for Travelers Insurance as an outside adjuster before coming back to Nuclear (triggered by getting married and having first child).Started as Equipment Operator in 2009, got SRO license in 2014, was CRS, STA. SM qualified in 2018, and promoted to Shift Manager at what is now my 11 year point.
