I aim to share my extensive knowledge of the Sarasota area and experience in real estate with my customers. Since 1998, I've been guiding individuals and families through a smooth real estate process. I enjoy getting to know my clients and their needs to find the right property, or as a listing agent, to sell for top dollar.I am a dual citizen of Canada and graduate of the University of Western Ontario. After college I moved to Denver, Colorado, gaining 5 years of experience selling computer software to Fortune 100 companies across the U.S. In 1992 I left corporate America and went exploring Alaska through the eyes of my camera, before settling into British Columbia's west coast and becoming a wilderness guide. After visiting family members in sunny Sarasota back in the mid 1990s, it was an easy decision to make this my home, enter real estate, and raise a family. I believe my versatile background and approachable personality bring an enjoyable experience to all my clients. I work largely by referral, and also welcome new clients looking to buy or sell in the Sarasota area.
