Interim position for acting as signature above for signing off interim stage AFC's answer aspects of the interim stages, DRN's and developing SOW's for specific Network Rail temporary buildings and relocations.Due to the nature of the project and the history associated with the intended construction phases plus the development of pre ordained interim stages it became evedent that the position required someone who had been with the project from the outset and not brought in as a cover role.

LCS/KNX, BMS/KNX, Fire & PAVA system integration into the new terminal associated with direct input to main construction contractor and MEP company associated with obtaining ceiling close out programme across the whole terminal plus daily inspections associated with clients consultants.Progress observation and snagging lists for mechanical and electrical plantrooms, SCR's and data installations.

Member of MEP project team with directive to Project Manage relevant services and commissioning located B2 FCC/Level 8 undertaking associated services commensurate to the tallest building in Europe, MV/LV/CHP/PLC A + B services multi occupied development conprising of retail, hotel, residential, offices , viewing areas.Predominately Shell & Core with sectional Cat A progression, dealing with ATS’s, Power actions with SAP applicable for building wide services.

Member of small project team- updating contract package requirements associated with building services associated with ICT/Data, AV/IPTV, Electromagnetic compatibility & Screening (EMC), HV & LV systems, Structured Containment, ATS's, negotiate packages to be in line with NGB projected costs

Initial DM-MEP for LUP team carrying out design review & preparation of documentation on MEP services for 25 University Campuses & Infrastructure associated with Libya. Whereby the ongoing reviews required increase in team for RIBA stages and subsequent brief and development of MEP by myself to progress through following years.Due to the ongoing civil war troubles the team was disbanded within one week of the trouble starting as the LUP project could not progress within any time frame.
