Over thirty years experience in all facets of the supervision and operation of power generating facilities. Currently employed in the supervisory position of Operation Specialist Senior Control Room Operator providing effective leadership and compliance with all environmental and safety requirements. Ability to work independently with mininmal supervision. Responsible for reporting on emergent operational issues directly to the asset management team.ResponsibilitiesPromote, ensure, and audit compliance with all plant safety and environmental regulations. Review plant operational data and logs and implement corrective action and recommendations as needed. Conduct contractor safety orientations to ensure compliance with site safety procedures. Development and review of site Process Safety Program. Provide assistance to support routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance programs. Responsible for daily outage oversight and project planning including coordination with operational requirements. Develop and implement personnel training and development while encouraging effective teamwork within the cross-functional teams. Provide oversight and coordination of all related plant chemistry programs. Provide input and manage fuel nominations and usage to maximize plant profit.
