Plans and directs the training and administrative activities for 130 full-staff; which includes performance evaluations, career development, training scheduling, and manages staff meetings, employee counseling, guidance, but most importantly fleet management for all 500+ pieces of unit equipment in excess of $100M

Resourced and supervised skills assessment training, collected and analyzed the data which enabled my subordinates to develop better training plans improving student knowledge for 19,000 students per year.

Program oversight and subject matter expertise in human resources management, fiscal accountability, resources, and training management responsibility for over 850 students annually.

Managed training programs for 6 departments, oversaw weekly/monthly training schedules, equipment logistics, student and trainer transportation, and student training records for 5,100 students annually.

Selected young men and women to join the ranks of the most prestigious unit within the Army with a very high level attention to detail and exposure to the public eye. Traveled to over 20 military installations around the world selecting the best of the best, keeping the units personnel numbers at 95% strength; the highest percentage in the past 10 years.

Instructed and trained 310 students annually in the arts of ballistics and shooting. Coached students in camouflage techniques and theories along with movement through dense and open terrain.
