It may have taken a while to find my place in this world and to figure out the direction I wanted to go in, but if my experiences have taught me anything, it's that I want to make an impact. I want to be passionate about what I do, take pride in my projects, and to not be just a random employee number on a payroll, droning away in a position that can be filled by any fresh-faced college kid with the ability to follow instructions.I love believing in what I do, I love wearing many hats in a position, and I love high-risk/high-reward experiences. There is a certain satisfaction that occurs when my ideas are thrown out into the universe and prove successful. Even when my ideas aren't so successful, I use that as a teachable moment, and a chance to improve. I do my best to find the silver lining in every situation, which I have come to believe is the only road to growth and success. To stay positive and to truly see yourself accomplishing your goals. I love the behind-the-curtain logistics that keep new companies afloat. The outside-the-box thinking that ends up becoming part of an origin story to tell people, years down the road. The blood, sweat and tears that comes along with putting everything you have into an idea. There is no better feeling to me than when you believe in what you're doing, and to play a pivotal role in the success of something larger than myself. Being able to witness something grow that you've put 110% of your time and effort into is remarkable, in my eyes. The feeling as if my input not only matters, but is vital to a project or round table discussion is all the motivation I need to give it my all.
